WORKSHOP REGISTRATION

Please note that all workshop prices are per person attending, not per church. So if you're registering four of your church members to attend both workshops, the 14-day early price would be 4 X $119.00 for a total cost of $476.00.
Before you register, please have the following information ready:
A) The name and street address of your own church. Also, please insert your own church name in the company name area. You'll need to create an account with an e-mail address, but this address can belong to either you or your church. You can then print out a detailed invoice if necessary.
B) If you'll be paying by credit card, you need your card # along with the exact name printed on the card and the card's billing address. Note that your billing address on the form must match the credit card address or it will be refused. We accept both personal and church credit cards. You'll also need the 3 or 4 digit security code (Card Verification Value or CVV2). See below for details.
C) If you'll be paying by check, please note that it should be made out to Fits & Starts Productions, LLC and mailed to P.O. Box 1422, Eatontown, NJ 07724 to arrive at least 7 days prior to date of the workshops. We accept both personal and church checks. Please include a copy of the your emailed invoice along with your check and write the name of your church in the comments area of your check.
D) If paying by check less than 7 days prior to the workshops, you may bring the check along to the workshop, but please register online first. Also, your seats are not guaranteed until payment has been received, and there will be no early registration discounts for late arriving checks. Note in the comments area of the billing section if you'll be bringing the check or mailing it.
E) After you've completed entering the number of people registering from your church, you'll be asked for the names of everyone attending. If you yourself are attending, please include your own name, even if you're the one doing the registering.
F) Refund Policy - Registrations cancelled ten (10) or more days in advance of a workshop may receive a refund minus a 10% handling fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to a workshop. We reserve the right to cancel workshops with 24 hours notice due to lack of attendance or inclement weather. In that unlikely event there will be a full refund issued.
